Warranty Policy


Holden Outerwear Product Warranty

Holden warrants all products sold by Holden to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year (365 days) from the date of purchase at HoldenOuterwear.com.

If you believe your item has been damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us at HoldenOuterwear.com

Please provide your order number and images of the damage. Once received our warranty team will determine the next steps. 

If our warranty team approves a replacement, you will be responsible for sending the item back to us. Please provide us a valid shipping address so we may send your replacement. 

If our warranty team approves a replacement but we are unable to send you one due to lack of stock, you will be issued a credit for the selling value of your item. 

Only manufacturing defects will be considered. Wear and tear will not be accepted. 

 If you choose to have the item repaired, we will pay the cost of the repair up to $50 (a copy of the receipt confirming the repair is required). 

We do not issue refunds for warranty requests. No Exceptions

Vendor Warranty

At this time we are unable to extend the warranty to purchases made outside of HoldenOuterwear.com. 

If your item was not purchased from Holden Outerwear.com directly please contact the vendor you ordered from so they may provide you with next steps.
