How can I reach customer care?

Customer Care is open M-F 10-5 PST except bank holidays. Please allow up to 48 working hours for our team to respond. 

Where is my order?

Orders are processed M-F. Please allow 24-48 hrs for your order to process before it is prepared to ship. If an order is placed on a Friday, it will most likely ship on Monday.

 All orders ship Fedex Ground/Signature not required. We do not offer an expedited courier service at this time.  

Where can I buy Holden products?

Buy online directly through our website. We currently do not have brick and mortar locations. 

Holden products are also available from specialty outdoor retailers and specialty boutiques around the world. To find an authorized retailer nearest you, please contact our customer care team. 

How can I buy through the website? Here’s how:

Choose a category from the navigation menu on the left or search to explore a specific style

Select your desired item and click Add To Bag. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout

Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order, or if you have an account log in. 

Choose your shipping method and enter any gift card/coupon code and check out. 

We'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you. We will email you when the order is ready to ship. 

How can I cancel my order?

Please email our customer care team within 10 minutes of placing your order. Once the order is processed and sent to be packed by our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel the order. 

If we are unable to cancel your order, please create a return once received. We are not responsible for “returned to sender” parcels that become lost.

Can I change my order once placed?

 If you need to add something, please place a new order. If you need to change the color/size of the same item, please let us know within 10 minutes of placing the order. 

I forgot to input my coupon code/gift card at checkout, what can I do?

If you forgot to use your coupon code, please contact us within 10  minutes of placing your order so we may honor the code. 

If you forgot to use your gift card, please contact us within 10 minutes so we may cancel your order and you can replace it using the gift card. We cannot make payment changes once placed. 

Can I change my shipping address?

Please email our customer care team within minutes of placing your order if you need to change your address.

I was charged more than once, why?

Once the order is placed, please do not reload the page. If your card is declined and you attempt your form of payment again, you will see the attempts on your payment format. 

You will receive one order confirmation email, if you receive more than one with different order numbers, please contact us within 10 minutes of placing your order. We are not responsible if you accidentally place more than one order and we are not notified. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship outside of the US. If you are within the EU, please use our EU site https://holdenouterwear.com/en-eu

My order says “Delivered” but I did not receive it!

Please contact our customer care department within 7 days of seeing your order as delivered and you have not received it. The courier we use only allows investigations within 7 days of delivery. Past 7 days we will not be able to investigate and are not responsible for the lost items. 

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages if the courier confirms the parcel was delivered correctly. 

 If you believe you will not be present at time of delivery please make the right accommodations for your parcel. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO addresses?

At this time we do not ship to PoBox or Military APO. Please enter a valid US address to avoid order delay. We will do our best to reach you once the order is being processed. If no response is received, the order will be canceled. 

Are there HoldenOuterwear.com gift certificates and/or gift cards? 

You can purchase a gift certificate via the website. You will be sent an email with your gift certificate code. 

Do you do back orders?

At this time we do not do back orders. We will fill stock as it becomes available. 

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

Follow the "Forgot Password?" instructions on the "Sign In" page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes, you need to create an account to make a purchase.

How do I know my size?

How do I clean my new items?

We recommend hand washing/drying or spot cleaning the products. If you would like specific help, please reach out to our Customer Care team. 

Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

We offer a 7 day from date of purchase price adjustment for any sales and markdowns within HoldenOuterwear.com. Note: orders that use promo codes are not eligible for a price adjustment. 

Do you have a price matching policy?

If there is a price change of any kind on our site, you will have 7 days from the day of purchase to request an adjustment. Note: orders that use promo codes are not eligible for a price adjustment. 

I want to return my purchase! What should I do?

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?

Please use the link here to begin the return process. Afterwards click on “Returning or exchanging a gift?“ Keep in mind that refund will only be done in Holden Outerwear credit. Refunds to original payments are not accepted. 

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

I printed out my label and misplaced it. How can I retrieve it again?

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once received, returns take about 2-3 working days to process. It can usually take about 10  working days for your refund to process. Processing times depend on your bank. 

I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?

You should receive a new gift card via email. If there is an issue or you have questions, please contact our customer care team. 

I only see the option to return my order through EasyPost on the website. Am I able to return through another courier instead?

We prefer you create your return via our website and ship it using the label we provide. If you wish to use your own return, we cannot ensure it will arrive safely to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns received without our label. Late/Damaged returns without the Holden return label will be refused and sent back to the client. 

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please begin your return and provide details in the “reason for return” section. If you would like to exchange the item, please do so using this method. 

Once you have created your return/exchange request, please email us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. Please provide us with an image/s of the item so we our returns department is aware.

After 7 days, we will not accept a return for a full refund. Your item will then fall under our warranty and either an exchange or store credit will be provided.

I have owned my Holden product for less than a year and it needs repair, what do I do?

Holden warrants all products sold by Holden to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year (365 days) from the date of purchase at HoldenOuterwear.com. No exceptions after one full year (365 days) of purchase. Damages made due to use are not covered by the warranty. 

If you believe your item has been damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer care team for further assistance. Please provide your order number and images of the damage. 

At this time we are unable to accommodate repairs or replacements made from our vendors. Please contact the vendor you purchased from to inquire about next steps. 

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

Please unsubscribe using the link within the emails received. 

How do I use my Gift Certificate/Coupon Code?

At checkout you will be prompted to add your code. 

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?

The item is most likely out of stock or cannot be shipped to your location. 

Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?

Please join our mailing list for updates on upcoming sales. 

My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?

Please contact our customer care team so they may change it for you. 

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

If you have placed your order and the item is out of stock, it means someone purchased it just before you did. If out of stock, we will do our best to offer you an alternative or we will issue you a full refund to your original form of payment. 

I received an email from HoldenOuterwear.com regarding an order I didn’t place. What should I do?

Contact your bank and send us an email so we can investigate. 

How do I identify whether an email is or is not from HoldenOuterwear.com?

Our email address is info@holdenouterwear.com. We will never ask you for private information unless you are requesting to do so. 

What should I do if I believe I’ve received a phishing email or if I responded to what may be a phishing email?

Do not respond to the email. Send us a separate email at info@holdenouterwear.com to confirm if we sent you anything. 

If you responded to a phishing email, we recommend that you change all your passwords immediately.
