Currently, we do not ship to all countries from our US Distribution Center.
Local Holden Outerwear dealers will work with you to deliver the product(s) you want. However, stock is limited to seasonal and regional assortments and they may not have your desired styles.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX + Others for payment. Holden Outerwear will only charge for products purchased and shipped. All prices are in US dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate at the time of shipment. For your protection, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank.
Shipping fees, duties and taxes will apply to each order. Holden Outerwear does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances.
Duties, Taxes or Other Fees
Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. Holden Outerwear is not responsible for customs and duties. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
All products are backed by our Return Policy. You are able to return items to our US Distribution Center. To ensure the fastest, most efficient processing for your return, please include your packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip, receipt, or proof of purchase, please see our Return Page for instructions. Please note: all international returns must be sent back via Postal Service only. Holden Outerwear is not responsible for duties and tax credits for color and sizing issues.
