Currently, we ship to most countries from our USA Distribution Center.

Payment Information
Holden Outerwear will only charge for products purchased and shipped.
All prices will be charged in US dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate, if required. For your protection, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank.

    Shipping Note
    Shipping fees, duties and taxes will apply to each international order. Holden Outerwear does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances.

    Duties, Taxes or Other Fees
    Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Holden Outerwear will not be able to refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.

    International Returns
    Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, brand new Holden products with all original tags still attached. You are able to exchange items within 15 days from the date of receipt.You will be responsible for any returns shipping costs. Holden Outerwear is not responsible for duties and tax credits, as well as lost returns packages. If you’d like to make an international return, please contact our Customer Service department at info@holdenouterwear.com. If your order is eligible for return, we’ll supply our return shipping address. All products are backed by our Return Policy. To ensure the fastest, most efficient processing for your return, please include your packing slip inside the shipment. Please also provide our Customer Service team with a valid tracking number, to ensure that your package is returned safely.

    International Exchanges
